Jennifer Ruland
Owner & President
Jennifer and her husband, Radley, started Rad Wear together in 2010. She is originally from St. Augustine and a proud alumna of the University of Florida and the Delta Gamma Sorority. Jennifer and Radley’s daughter is a student at UF and their son loves to play basketball, football and soccer.
Radley Ruland
Owner & Vice President
Radley and his wife, Jennifer, started Rad Wear together in 2010. A proud UF alumnus, Radley was a kicker on the Gator football team and a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity. Originally from Orlando, he has worked in the marketing/advertising sales industry since 1997. He loves helping people in the community and spending time with his family.

Mike Smith
Sales Representative
Mike is from St. Augustine and a proud UF alumnus. He started in sales at Rad Wear in 2010, joining the team full time in 2017. He is Jennifer Ruland’s twin brother and grateful to share this journey with her and Rad. Mike enjoys time with family and being outdoors. He loves helping clients achieve their marketing goals.

Sean Watson
General Manager
Sean joined Rad Wear in 2023 as our first General Manager. A UF grad and Gainesville local for over 40 years, he brings a strong management background and a focus on fast, friendly service. Outside of work, Sean enjoys beach days, golf, cornhole, and time with his wife Erica and their three kids and two grandkids.
Jeanie Wallace
Key Account Manager
Jeanie has been with Rad Wear since 2015 and has nearly 20 years’ experience in the customer service industry. She was born and raised in Alabama and graduated from the University of Central Florida’s Rosen College of Hospitality and Event Planning. Jeanie enjoys reading, watching movies, TV, and sports, as well as going to concerts all over the country.
Amanda Bass
Key Account Manager
Amanda joined the Rad Wear crew in 2018. A Gainesville native and proud University of Florida grad, she runs on black iced coffee and good vibes. When she’s not helping clients bring their brand to life, you’ll find her chasing after her two wild little boys, hanging out with her hubby, soaking up the Florida sunshine, or catching a game. Sports, snacks, and sunshine—those are her love languages.
Ashleigh Haney
Account Manager
Ashleigh Hampton was born and raised in the Gainesville area and has been with Rad Wear since 2021. Ashleigh loves going to concerts and has seen the Dave Matthews Band perform live 29 times. She loves to travel, is a huge movie and music fan, and is the pop culture ringer on her trivia team.
Katie Cain
Account Manager
Katie grew up in the small town of Keystone Heights, just outside of Gainesville and brought her warm hometown charm to Rad Wear when she joined the team in 2023. She’s all about quality time—whether it’s with her husband, her close-knit crew of family and friends, or the crowd at a good concert. A die-hard fan of both baseball and football, Katie’s always game for some friendly sports talk. She’s proud to be part of the Rad Wear family and brings her upbeat energy to everything she does!
Ryan Fender
Account Manager
Ryan has been with Rad Wear since 2022 and loves being a part of the great work environment the company provides. He is originally from Maryland and moved to Florida at a young age. If he is not helping clients with their promotional needs, he is on the golf course or enjoying other sports.
Tyler Wyszkowski
Production Manager
Tyler has over 8 years in the promo products industry with a background in software. When he’s not at the office, Tyler can be found either hitting the links for a round of golf, behind the torch crafting glass art, or diving deep into music (he’s a self-proclaimed music nerd, after all). Whether he’s making sure your project is perfect or rocking out in his free time, Tyler is all about delivering top-notch results with a side of excitement.
Cam Wright
Production Manager
Camryn was born in Gainesville and grew up two houses away from Radley and Jennifer. Camryn joined the Rad Wear team in 2022 and is honored to be a part of the brand. She enjoys traveling with friends and family, her favorite place to visit is Savannah, GA. She also enjoys reading, going to movies and concerts.
Isabelle Archer
Production Manager
Isabelle is a Florida native who joined the Rad Wear team in 2025, bringing fresh energy and a sharp eye for detail. A proud UCF Knight, she earned her Sociology degree early and hit the ground running. Outside the office, Isabelle is a true movie buff—Star Wars is her all-time favorite—and loves spending time with her boyfriend, her cat, and her close-knit family.
Mike Murnane
Production Manager
Mike is from Washington DC, but claims to be a Gainesville native (25 years). He has 8 years of account manager experience in the freight/logistics industry. Mike loves all sports and is a wildlife photographer on the side. He loves to make the office laugh and help our clients with anything they need, all with a smile on his face.

Cayleigh Watson
Marketing Specialist
Cayleigh has been with Rad Wear since 2020. She was born and raised in Gainesville, she received her AA degree as a first-year college student and is completing her Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing. Cayleigh enjoys spending time with her family and friends and looks forward to a great future with the company.
Robin Parker
Accounting
Robin joined the Rad Wear team as their bookkeeper in 2024. She earned her degree in Finance from UF and has experience in banking, insurance, and investments. Robin, a Gainesville native, returned in 2005 with her husband to raise their two daughters. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending church, playing pickleball, and attending Gator sporting events.
Bill Ruland (Poppy)
Delivery Driver
Radley’s dad, Bill has been doing deliveries for Rad Wear since 2015. He was born in Steubenville, Ohio, and is a Hillsdale College alumnus. Bill was a high school teacher in Orlando, Florida, for 40 years. He is the self-proclaimed oldest delivery driver in town. These days, he calls Gainesville home and brings wisdom, wit, and plenty of dad jokes to every delivery.
Freddy Perkins
Delivery Driver
Freddy is a long time Gainesville resident. He is a gentle giant with a heart of gold! When he is not delivering your swag, Freddy can be found in the woods hunting, on the water fishing, or in the gym pumping iron! He also enjoys his family time with his fiancé and grandkids.
Joey Simpson
Delivery Driver
Joey (known as the “Rad Wear Man”) has been with Rad Wear since 2024. He recently moved with his wife to the beaches of St Augustine. Anytime he makes a trip back to Gainesville, Joey takes the wheel of the Rad Wear van. He loves to golf, play baseball, go on cruises, and spend time with his family.
Harper Haney
Rad Wear Mascot
Harper has been the Rad Wear mascot since 2021. She gets her good looks from her mom, Ashleigh. Harper loves meeting new clients in person, always greeting them with “those” eyes!
